The Eternal Love
< Romans 8:31-34 >
“What then shall we say to these
things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not
spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He
not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge
against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns?
It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even
at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.”
If God had already decided to cover
us with His righteousness in Jesus Christ even before the creation,
then no one would be able to disturb it. By believing in the righteousness
of God, and not through the Doctrine of Justification, those who
have become genuinely sinless are the true children of God.
As such, not all religious people
are right. Few people get persecuted just for believing in Jesus
nowadays, but many of those who know the true righteousness of God
have been persecuted. However, the people who became children of
God by believing in His righteousness can never be separated from
God. When God gave us the gospel of His righteousness, who can be
against them?
God has given everything to us as a gift
“He who did not spare His own Son,
but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also
freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32)
For those who have received God’s
righteousness by believing in His Son, God gave everything as a
gift—the Kingdom of Heaven, the privilege of becoming the children
of God, the grace of understanding His Word, the blessing of being
able to live as a worker of the righteousness, and the blessing
of eternal life.
God gave us His Son in order to make
us His children. What else would He not give us? God has given those
who receive the true faith through His righteousness all the blessing
of the heaven and earth. The believers and the servants of God praise
Him forever because of His righteousness.
Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect?
“Who shall bring a charge against
God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It
is Christ who died, and furthermore is also rise, who is even at
the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us” (Romans
8:33-34).
No one can bring a charge against
the people whom God has chosen with His righteousness in Jesus Christ,
for Jesus, with the righteousness of God, has made them free of
sin. People who believe in the righteousness of God through Jesus
Christ have no sin in their hearts. That is because God, not another,
made those who believe in His righteousness sinless.

The Son of God, Jesus Christ, came
to the earth in the flesh of a man, was baptized by John the Baptist,
took upon Himself the burden of all the sins of the world, died
on the Cross and was resurrected from the dead in three days, and
became the Lord to those who believe.
This is why we cannot say that they,
who became righteous by believing in God’s righteousness, are sinners
and wrongdoers. Even now, God acknowledges those who believe in
His righteousness. As an evidence of this, the Holy Spirit dwells
in their hearts. That is why no one can libel God’s righteousness
or those whose sins have been forgiven by believing in His righteousness.
The righteousness of God appeared
through the baptism of Jesus Christ, the shedding of His blood on
the Cross, and His death and resurrection. Jesus Christ, after fulfilling
all the righteousness of God, sits on the right hand of God as our
Savior and interceder.
